By air The closest airports are in Pisa and Genova. Then, you can reach La Spezia by train or by car.

By train Direct trains from Milano/Genova or Firenze/Pisa/Roma stop in La Spezia Central station

Walk down Via Paleocapa and Via Fiume until you reach Piazza Garibaldi. "La Casa della Fontana" is on the right side in Piazza Garibaldi 13.

By car Motorway exit La Spezia - Santo Stefano Magra on A12 Genova Livorno and A15 La Spezia-Parma motorways.
At the end of the slip road, drive long Via Carducci. Turn left at the end of Via Carducci and continue for 1.8 km on Viale Italia. Then turn right in Viale Garibaldi. Pass the lights and reach Piazza Garibaldi. La Casa della Fontana is in the pedestrian zone, therefore cars must be parked in surrounding streets. Gli aereoporti di Pisa e Genova sono i piu' vicini, quindi potete proseguire con il treno o con l`auto.
